The Beginning of the End

When did things start going wrong?

Did it start when there started to be small separate gatherings and sub-groupings? Did it start when discrimination became an issue? Or was it even before then?

Was it because there was too much expectations and too little action?

It is possible that just one or two members started the chain reaction?

I'd like nothing more than to be able to point a finger at someone and blame him for everything that has gone wrong. Nothing good would come out of it, but it would give me some outlet for my frustration.

Members have been complaining that there are a lot of "plastics" in the clan, but it's ironic that what has driven most away is the hard, brutal, painful truth. Apparently we get mad when people say one thing when facing us and another when we turn away... but we can't stand it when people say the truth straight to our faces.

Whether the sun will rise again on this group depends on all of us working together. Maybe the damage has already been done and things will never be the same... maybe...
